* sleeping too much or too little
* eating too much or too little
* no longer enjoying activities you used to enjoy (”everything seems dull and I can’t feel joy in doing things I used to enjoy doing.”)
* persistent tiredness and loss of energy
* suicidal thoughts (”living is not worth the pain.”)
